Job Description

Tasks : 

  • Collaborate with team members to comprehensively document all HR processes and standards within the department, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of documented processes to identify potential candidates for automation.
  • Utilize predefined criteria and methodologies to systematically prioritize processes based on automation feasibility, potential benefits, and impact on efficiency.
  • Engage stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather input and insights into process performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining the rationale for selecting the top processes for automation, including projected outcomes and benefits.
  • Support the development of business cases and implementation plans for selected automation initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of automation projects to ensure alignment with objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements beyond the initial scope of the internship.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong interest and proficiency in automation technology and simulations, with demonstrable experience or coursework in this area.
  • Basic understanding of robotic process automation (RPA) concepts and tools.
  • Strong affinity to process automation, digitization and digital transformation topics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Preferable 4-6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
  • Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
