We're seeking a student worker to support our Europe North organization in leveraging automation technologies for efficiency and innovation. In this role, you'll engage with various departments and collaborate with stakeholders across different countries, making a tangible impact on our digital transformation journey.

You are expected to work 15-20 hours pr. week (2-3 days) with flexibility during exam periods.

As a student worker, you'll work with diverse platforms such as Automation Anywhere (RPA), Confluence, SAP ERP, Microsoft365, and Microsoft Power Platform applications. Your contributions will drive new insights and improvements, enhancing our team's capabilities.

 

Primary Tasks:

  • Take ownership of automation projects
  • Identify, develop, test, and implement new automation solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing solutions
  • Support and evolve our automation framework
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed

 

What will you learn?

This student worker position will provide you with hands-on experience in process automation within an international company. You will have the chance to work with stakeholders from different countries and we will offer you a dynamic learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree or in the 2nd year of a relevant Bachelor's program in IT or related field
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization
  • Familiarity with low-code programming
  • It’s an advantage if you have prior exposure to automation software

 

To excel in this role, you should be proactive, motivated, and eager to work with automation software. With multiple projects concurrently ongoing, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and adherence to deadlines are crucial. Effective communication skills and a keen understanding of business processes are vital for success.
