Job Description

As HR Administration responsible for:

  • Establishment Matters

    Processing various aspects of employee life cycle related activities and including Long Term Settlement topics pertaining to workmen. Anchoring employee engagement calendar pertaining to workmen and ensuring adherence in close coordination with ER BPs

    Governance on employee data Employee satisfaction

  • Employees Transportation

    Manage and administer complete fleet of buses deployed by the vendor for employee transport in coordination with the vendor covering various activities like, bus route survey, route rationalization and cost optimization, internal audits, invoice processing, grievance management pertaining to transport etc.

Qualifications

MSW/ MBA in HR

2-3 years of experience in Industrial Relations Domain
