Job Description

1.Work as customer contact window to receive customer demand forecast, and secure on time delivery for customer satisfaction

2.To analyze historical customer demand and market sales to have proper demand trend , and update rolling 21 months customer forecast in SAP

3.Base on customer demand and FG production LT as well as transportation LT to build up reasonable safety stock in customer side and 3rd party warehouse

4.Monitor and control inventory level in customer side and 3rd party warehouse

5.Pay attention on parts engineering change and project EOP to avoid E&O stock

6.Conduct quantity billing in system based on customer billing notification, responsible for refund in case of billing loss from customer

7.Immediately activity for customer urgent requirement

8.Perform the tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

1.Education: Bachelor degree or above in Logistic Management or Business Management

2.Working experience: >3 years of planning experience

3.Knowledge/Skills: 

- Good understanding on MRP logic.

- Familiar with material planning process & KPIs.

4.Language: English
