About the Positions in general:

Development Engineer:

• Work on product development processes and provide technical leadership on projects.
• Analyze, design, and test requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Design Engineer:

• Participate in product design and development processes.
• Develop and improve products according to design standards.
• Create and test prototypes.

Project Manager:

• Manage and oversee project management processes.
• Effectively manage budget, timeline, and resources.
• Coordinate between team members and successfully complete project goals.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Problem-solving ability, risk assessments and analytical thinking skills.
• Fluency in English is a must, additional German preferred.
