• Support sales in accordance with TS goals to achieve the business plan.
• Develop, quote solutions (drawing, BOM, validation matrix) to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Implement released technical solution following Bosch engineering process and design guidelines. Collaborate with platform, manufacturing, quality, service, logistics etc. Follow PEP process to prepare documents such as: Compliance matrix, Customer drawing, TCD, DFMEA, testing sheet, test report etc. on time with high quality.
• Assist in collection and analysis of information concerning testing results, failure root cause, RPP and backup tool release.
• Arrange tests, coordinate lab resource, prepare testing
• Series support for parts and products technical problems.
• Maintain contact with existing customers and establish long-term relationships

• Bachelor/master's in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years' working experience, with pump design experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of plastic, rubber or metal sheet parts process is preferred.
• Excellent negotiating, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
• Skilled in 3D model and 2D drawing creation, experience in UG is preferred.
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications and SAP
• Have a good sense of responsibility and teamwork
