The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Job Description

►You will participate in the preparation of the marketing activity plan and the implementation plan for the assigned area and channel
►You will be in charge of planning and managing the marketing budgets
►You will do implementation and adjustment of finished marketing campaigns
►You will cooperate with marketing agencies
►You will be a support to B2B customers for marketing purposes
►You will be responsible for local communication topics
►You will be in charge of representing countries within the communication team to ensure local standards and execute local topics
►You will do local coordination for topics involving purchasing, legal, taxes, etc.
►You will develop and maintain logical and transparent price condition management for channel (discount structure and max bonus in IPT)
►You will do brand infringement management and customer support for use of Bosch brand / concept brands
►You will be in charge of creation of brief for Bosch requirements at channel exhibitions / events

Qualifications

►Degree in the field of social sciences
►Minimum one year of experience in similar duties
►Good communication and organization skills
►Proficiency in MS Office
►Knowledge of the market, experience in sales/marketing
►Fluent in English language (both written and spoken)
