Job Description
The Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst supporting production environment
- Month end close including cost center reconciliation, accruals, inventory adjustments, variance reporting/analysis and SAP closing execution
- Analyzes, interprets and summarizes cross-functional information
- Communicates appropriately relevant information to management
- Monitors financial target achievement, risks and opportunities
- Proactively develops suggestions for countermeasures to achieve targets
- Tracking of $5m+ shared service budget, which includes monthly meetings with cost center owners to ensure budget adherence and identify opportunity for further improvement
- Manage cycle count program (inventory counts) to ensure accurate inventory
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required - Accounting/Finance 1-3 years experience

Knowledge of accounting process and internal controls
Proficient with personal computer applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Familiar with ERP systems and reporting - able to learn SAP and use independently
Able to work on multiple projects concurrently
Proven interpersonal and written communication skills
