Job Description

The Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst supporting production environment

  • Month end close including cost center reconciliation, accruals, inventory adjustments, variance reporting/analysis and SAP closing execution
  • Analyzes, interprets and summarizes cross-functional information
  • Communicates appropriately relevant information to management
  • Monitors financial target achievement, risks and opportunities
  • Proactively develops suggestions for countermeasures to achieve targets
  • Tracking of $5m+ shared service budget, which includes monthly meetings with cost center owners to ensure budget adherence and identify opportunity for further improvement
  • Manage cycle count program (inventory counts) to ensure accurate inventory

 

 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Required - Accounting/Finance 1-3 years experience

Knowledge of accounting process and internal controls

Proficient with personal computer applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Familiar with ERP systems and reporting - able to learn SAP and use independently

Able to work on multiple projects concurrently

Proven interpersonal and written communication skills
