Job Summary:

Project management in VM/TEF4 -CN,  Problem solving and ability building with each team in VM/TEF4-CN, Orgnize Cip activity , TEF4 safety coordinator. / TEF4区域项目管理,协助各团队做问题解决和能力建设，组织和参与各类CIP活动，协调TEF4区域安全工作。

Job Responsibilities

1. Problem solving and ability building with each team in VM/TEF4-CN.
    与TEF4各团队重要问题解决，提供逻辑和方法的指导，并和责任工程师一起总结报告，能主动学习和了解新的问题解决思想和方法并导入团队。能主动学习和了解新的问题解决思想和方法并导入团队。
2. TEF4 safety coordinator, define safety improvement strategy with manager, Help team achieve safety KPI, team EHS audits interface.
    协调TEF4区域的安全工作, 和TEF4经理一起制定团队安全优化策略，指导和帮助各区域达成安全业绩指标，对接安全审核。
3. Project management in VM/TEF4 -CN, Plan, evaluate, and track team projects with  VM/TEF4X-CN managers regularly.
    TEF4区域项目管理，定期组织TEF4各团队经理一起计划，评估和追踪团队的改善项目。
4. Orgnize Cip activity(tef4 training system…) ,take some temporary tasks by the TEF4 manager, give some good proposal to managers.
    TEF4区域CIP工作(培训体系…)，能完成TEF4经理安排的一些临时改善任务，时常观察并给TEF4经理一些优化建议。
5. Suggestion managemnt,Motivate team members to provide more suggestions,collect data and submit.
    TEF4区域建议系统管理，激励团队成员多提建议，并整理和提交相关数据。
6.TEF4 LPC coordinator, regularly organize TEF4 manager process confirmation.
   协调TEF4区域过程确认(LPC)工作，定期组织TEF4经理过程确认。　
7. TEF4 Specialist team coordinator ,promote continuous and high-quality of activities.
    参与TEF4区域专家组活动，促进活动持续保质的开展，定期组织汇报及分享研讨会。　
8. Collaborate with TEF4 section manager and team managers to do other temporary tasks.
   配合TEF4区域经理和各团队经理完成其它临时性工作。

1. Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical or electrical engineering background.
   本科以上学历，机械或电气专业背景。
2. 2 years experience for Project management and problem solving in machine maintenance  
   2年以上项目管理经验和设维修的问题解决能力。
3. Good team coorperation and communication skills.
   良好的团队协作和沟通能力。
4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
   良好的英文听说读写能力。
