Job Description

1.Sales Controling: Analysis, Visualization and Reporting of sales KPIs incl. Chance and risk evaluation

  • Data collection, analysis and reporting with high efficiency and good quality, focus on sales KPIs ( Sales turnover / Price Change / Raw Material / R&D and tooling cost/ Profit and Loss deviation,cash flow etc.)
  • Deep Dive KPIs by Business Unit/Customer/Product, with clear overview of Chances, Risks and suggestions.
  •  Good communciaton and strong influence towards core functions like sales, logistic, financial, product manager, as well as high level management both in China and Germany.

2.Sales Planning

  • Short term and long term business plan with consilidation of all strategies internally and externally, like market trend, customer requirement, product strategy,investment strategy, etc.
  • Good sense to deal with all planning tools.

3.Reporting

Provide reporting internally and externally with high quality and good overview.

4.Process

Window and coordinator for cross functional and cross divisions topics, continuously optimize the process to support the business growth.

5.Other tasks

Consult to the core team esp.sales to improve overall efficiency and support business growth.

Daily support to sales including price, Credit /Debit, Process, Audit, etc.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree, Major commercial related preferred,like sales, marketing, accounting, logistic,etc.

2.3~5 years working experience in sales and commercial related area.

3.Strong sales or commercial background

4.Good communication,influence and analytical skills

5.Structured and result oriented mindset

6.Self-motivated and pro-active

7.Advanced computer skills for MS office, especially Excel and Power Point
