• Group manager for ECU mechanical Simulation (thermal/dynamic/reliability).
• Ensure delivery of Simulation results for development project
• Working with global engineering network for knowledge/competence transfer; and international capacity sharing.
• Leading digital transformation of simulation work, environment and data analysis 
• CN wide CoC-Plastic network owner.

Main Tasks:

• Technically:
  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Physic and Product reliability regarding one or several technical domains (structure, vibration, thermal and humidity).
  • Develop employee’s technical competence and skills to fulfill position and product design requirements.
  • First level problem solving and management review/release
  • Develop & improve method, tools, process
  • Window person in global Simulation and reliability network for technology planning
• Organizationally:
  • Responsible group and employee’s GPD target definition & performance evaluation
  • Personal capacity and workload planning, hiring, tracking and financing status control
  • Employee development based on business demands and employees strength, regularly coach and feedback to employees
  • Business development based on project requirement, improve/transfer the technology domain and process accordingly
  • Regularly organize CoC-Plastic info sharing and Event according to alignment with CoC plastic.

• >5 years technical experience in Mechanical, Material or Physic back-ground. (Simulation preferred)
• Good capability of technical evaluation and judgement regarding engineering technical or quality topics
• Pro-active, ability to influence/convince customer for technical topic
• Team leadership experience on projects or functional teams. (cross domain preferred) with strong capability of working with people topics.
• Strong capability of international project working with different interface and customers
