The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2005. Today, it is a major research and development hub within the Bosch world focusing on the big mobility trends: automated, electrified and connected mobility. More than 2700 engineers are working together on complex automotive products within various fields of engineering from software to mechanical and hardware product development. Your ideas will be part of products improving the life across the globe.

► Manage and conduct the daily tasks in T2E-travel to expense;

► Provide travel booking and expense claim guidance, input and support for recurring topics and for project-specific tasks, including but not limited to:

► Ensure global E2E process standards GBBP – Global Business Blueprint when preparing for LBBP – Lobal Business Blueprint with deep knowledge on local processes and legal requirements;

► Support evaluating local requirement and requirement definition, provide transparency and impact for travel booking changes and testing for change requests in bTravel;

► Consult and support the GPO and T2E Decision Board in the further development of the T2E process landscape and processes for travel to expense;

► Conduct and steer functional testing in relevant IT tools on country-level;

► Initiate tool and process improvements and evaluate legal requirements (T2E internal and external);

► Act as quality gate for process adjustments for Change and Release related to the T2E Service Strategy;

► Take over accountability for country-specific Change & Release handling;

► Provide Change & Release related process information to country / end-users for knowledge transfer and communication.

► Act as a point of contact for T2E stakeholders and relevant Bosch parties.

► Global mindset and representation of company-related interests;

► International mindset and networking ability;

► Self organization and continuous involvement;

► Adequate functional knowledge in the travel booking and interfaces at Bosch;

► Knowledge of internal quality, risk and compliance management standards in travel to expense;

► T2E process End-to-End know-how;

► Profound knowledge of MS Office;

► Excellent command English and Hungarian languages, in verbal and written format;

► Experiences in travel expense reporting;

► Accounting background is an advantage.
