Job Description

We are currently offering a great opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic, hands-on team player to join our small but supportive team as a Marketing Communications lead for the Bosch Home Comfort division. This is a full-time, 12-month, maternity leave cover position, and will be based at our headquarters in Clayton and may involve occasional domestic travel.

Position responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for all marketing communication related planning, activation, and results for Home Comfort Australia and New Zealand including ownership of the marketing calendar.
  • Defining, implementing, and owning the regional marketing communication strategy from the short to the mid-term in cooperation with the Product Manager and Sales Managers, extending from broader Home Comfort business strategy and customer requirement.
  • Developing the product marketing content, managing digital marketing assets, advertising, loyalty programs and managing events in association with Product Manager and Sales Managers
  • Management and responsibility for effective implementation of the Marketing budget, monitoring, reporting, and forecasting including adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Responsible for the management, maintenance, and development of the Home Comfort eShop.
  • Part supervision of an administration assistant to support achievement of Home Comfort marketing communications and broader business objectives.

To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Qualifications in marketing.
  • Broad and in-depth knowledge of the marketing communications mix from planning through to activation, ideally in a lead or senior marketing role.
  • A result focused, self-motivated, passionate marketing/communications go-getter.
  • A customer oriented, service provider attitude with the ability to be a positive ambassador for the company.
  • Ability to exhibit creativity and 'out of the box' thinking in order to create and implement high performing marketing activations that capitalise on opportunities.
  • Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Website maintenance, SAP beneficial.
  • Google Analytics & e-commerce platforms.
  • Comfortable in all data management tools of the business.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with all stakeholders.
  • Advanced organisational and time management skills.
