Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.

Job Description

You will be responsible to assess and process requests related to remote working internationally under the new smart work concept deployed in company.

Your contribution to something big: 

  • Analyze requests received from employees based in various countries, requesting for international remote working option;
  • Study social security impact and tax impact (depending upon the employee’s country of interest);
  • In alignment with the global policy owner (GPO), decide on approval and communicate decision with the employee;
  • Initiate social security processes and follow-up with relevant authorities/ stakeholders for necessary documents;
  • In complex requests, consult and align with external consultants for advice on social security and tax related issues;
  • Initiate and monitor payments to external consultants based on the prevailing agreement/ contract with them;
  • Relevant documents to be archived for each request for necessary audit trails;
  • Maintain and track all services KPI's;
  • Respond to employees/ managers questions on the process and protocols;
  • Responsible to work on continuous process improvements in close cooperation with the global policy owner (GPO).

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • High School Level Diploma as a minimum, Human Resources Degree or other relevant area would be preferred;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory;
  • German language skills is an advantage;
  • Experience in HR or shared services industry is preferred, but not mandatory;
  • A keen interest in a career in HR shared services is a plus;
  • Solid MS Office tools knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Strong customer focus with results and quality orientation;
  • Flexibility in adapting to new tasks and changing processes;
  • Solid collaboration skills and proactivity;
  • Well-organized.
