Responsibilities:

• As an Information Security and Data protection (ISP) and Identity access Management (IAM) Partner, you are responsible for the professional support of customer departments.
• Advise managers and employees on the implementation of operational and (local) legal requirements on the topics of information security and data protection (ISP).
• Develop additional awareness measures for your area of responsibility.
• Together with the managers, analyze the processes and processing of (personal) data of the respective departments and determine the risks and requirements regarding GDPR.
• Identify risks related to information security and data protection and create or optimize concepts to safeguard against increased risks in the area of support.
• The planning and execution of ISP standard audits in your own area as well as the review and implementation of operational and legal requirements regarding ISP are part of your tasks.
• You will work closely with the Customer DPO / CISO and other ISPs (in developing and implementing improvement actions in the ISP context or in handling security incidents).
• In your role as IAM Partner (Identity and Access Management Partner), you support and advise the site especially in the regular evaluation of the authorization assignment and advice on new topics in the authorization development.
• Responsible for ISP Audits and other privacy compliance checks including closing the corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and manage information security & data concept related concept of the business unit.Primary Skills:
• Knowledge in information security and data protection and experience is an added advantage.
• Overview in IAM Processes and GDPR
• Ability to work in an environment that requires a high level of accuracy and discretion.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and / or IT systems.
• ISO 27001 overview or certification would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of information security and user access frameworks in the organization
• Familiarity with organizational information security and identity management systems, policies, procedures and security practices
• Familiarity with legal, regulatory and other compliance needs in the area of information security and identity and access management
• Good knowledge and experience on typical organizational structure and functional dynamics
• Process and procedure documentation skills
