Regular :-

Project coordination
1.     Responsible for Project Management of Industry 4.0 / Data Analytics / Software Solutions
2.    Manage project development from initiation to closure.
 Initiation – Planning – Execution - Monitoring & Controlling – Closure
3.    Identify and Derive Quality Gates (QG’s) for each project phases to measure the project success.
4.    Drive establishment of project management plan based on project charter
5.    Apply all project management knowledge areas & Integrate lesson learned from other projects.
6.    Monitoring and Control of project schedule and budget throughout the project life cycle.
7.    Create project baselines (scope baseline, schedule baseline & cost baseline).
8.    Create WBS to estimate effort required by CFT for each phase of the project.
9.    Schedule project progress review meetings with review Committee.
10.    Schedule project status meetings, information flow meetings with project team.
11.    Resolve any issue and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.
12.    Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved by Review Committee and Sponsor.
13.    Follow and comply to Project Management, Code of Business conduct, Legal Aspects as per Company Guidelines
14.    Elimination of project risks by Initiating risk management, process flow, FMEA & control plans
15.    Handover the project to manufacturing site and monitor up to ramp up phase and project closure.
16. work with different stake holders in plant and understand the issues, requirement and provide solutions
17. Understand and translate voice of customer into functional/ non functional business requirements
Web application development
1.Expertise in Java and full stack development and must have completed 3 projects end to end
2. very good knowledge in scripting, data structure ,algorithms , design patterns
3.Write clean, efficient and secure source code to build web applications
4.Testing , release, validation and hosting of applications
5. Data base architecture designing as per requirement
6. Application architecture and system architecture designing
7.Basic data analytics skills . Tableau dash boards , descriptive and diagnostic analytical solution development

Periodic :-

Lead, Coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
Manage projects leaders , IT coordinators, development teams and proving the concepts
Planning budget for the projects and evaluating ROI for the plant level
Maintain documentation for all projects
Source code repository
Server maintenance activity, back up of applications and data base
Bug fixing for local solutions
Release and validation of applications

Occasional :-

Continuous Improvement in productivity, digitization in support functions
Adhering to timeline of application release
Code quality, development standards and testing standards adherence and zero deviations

B.E in CS , IS, data , automation  or relevant education

min. 2 to 5 years relevant job experience in electronics and or automotive business. Exposure to international teams/customers
