Job Description

  • Contribute to the development and execution of overall business development strategies. Identify, evaluate, and assess potential projects through comprehensive project assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Implement business strategies and ongoing strategy projects across the organization to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans, including strategies for market entry, product positioning, and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Track and analyze business development performance metrics to measure success.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, engineering or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in business development, preferable in consultancy
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, competitor research, and customer segmentation.
  • Strong background in data analysis and the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian, other languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
