Job Description
Main Objective
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will work with plant leadership to
transform the business and the organization in accordance with the strategy of the Division/RO/Sector/BU, developing human resources strategies, implementation of key processes and support of consulting to optimize human capital and, therefore, creating added value to the business.
What challenges will you have?
- Implements and supervises the company's human resources programs, processes and policies in accordance with the strategy of the Division/RO/Sector/Business Unit, including 6
core processes: Planning, Resources, Leadership, Compensations and Benefits, Organizational Development and support processes: Equal opportunities, diversity, Associate and Labor Relations. - Understands business objectives and recommends new strategies and approaches to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Anticipates and plans long-term human resource needs and trends in
collaboration with business management. - Responsibilities are within the human resources function as a generalist
or in a combination of disciplines. - Provides data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention
and the participation of associates - Advises and supports executives and collaborators in the assigned area of responsibility in strategic and operational HR matters, which are not carried out by HRL.
- Acts as a leadership sparring partner to transform the organization and business of according to the strategy.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business or Human Relations)
- +5 years of experience in the Industry as HR Partner, HR Generalist or related
- Advanced English level is a must.

- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations
