Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products

Main function of the trainee:

Study and development of instrumentation for accelerated tests on engines for CPM applications.

Internship activities and objectives:

- Definition of the constructive parameters of DC/AC electric motors and quantities of interest/fields of application for our industrial purposes;

- Multidisciplinary modeling, with recourse to simulation (eg Amesim), of a test bench and various test cycles in accordance with the validation needs and requests of our customers;

- Definition of the real test bench layout and sizing/choice of the structural elements (sensors/actuators/loads/cooling system/data acquisition);

- Realization of a single-station prototype to be extended to a multi-station layout in the future.

- Theoretical and practical training about different applications and products will be also added to the activity to provide a complete overview on Company projects.
