Job Description

•  Prepare presentations and proposals to potential customers and partners
•  Track and analyze business development performance metrics to measure success
•  Market entry activities for Bosch business units that have no presence in the Middle East; including business field analysis, structural and strategical market entry recommendations, etc.
•  Close support in strategic business development projects steered by the Management
•  Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
 •  Responsible for highlighting synergies between the businesses for the Middle East region, supervising different virtual teams from different business units, therefore practicing a “one face to customer” concept & coordinating regional business units, as one hub for all requests for RO (regional organisation) key accounts

•  Generate regular market analysis reports both to central functions and local management
•  Fulfilling the strategic assistant role to the local management; support the daily work of the local GM, prepare for meetings with help of executive assistant, monitor and follow-up tasks and open points, escalate if necessary
•  Prepare/support management decisions in professional and operational matters, considering both professional and economic aspects
•  Coordination, participation of projects that are in direct responsibility of the superior
•  Operational and organizational task execution within the dedicated Organizational Area, strong cooperation with the wider organizational area and stakeholders
•  Planning, implementation and moderation of executive level meetings (global level) and systematic tracking of the actions

 

Qualifications

 

•Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, management, engineering or similar subjects; MBA is a plus
•10-15 years of professional experience in product and business development, sales, customer communication, networking, project management, service business and team coordination
