Job Description

  • Ensure the successful rollout of ESM solution across the Bosch service centers.
  • Provide day to day assistance to the users during the different rollout stages , in order to address their concerns, problems and improvement or new process development ideas.
  • Create training and materials and train the future users.
  • Manage communication with the Key Stakeholders and future users.
  • Work in an international team across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
  • Collect the business need ideas to later translate into possible process improvement.
  • Write the business requests that are subsequently reviewed with the technical support team for the development and for improvement of the processes.
  • Have frequent meetings with the key users and management to keep them informed on the next steps and future implementations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in multinational teams.
  • Preferably SAP knowledge.
  • Preferably ServiceNow or other similar ticketing tool knowledge.
  • Experience rolling out CRM or ERP software.
  • Bachelor’s degree on business administration, accounting, information technology or any related field.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Fast learner.
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Good English command
