Job Description

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
► You will support cross-functional process improvements to support customer delivery performance, including support in idea generation, action tracking, data consolidation/ preparation, and support for management reporting
► You will support customer supply chain service analyst in standard requests for their customers
► You will develop executive level reporting related to performance, disputing trends and customer complaints
► You will support post-sales processes to be executed correctly and in a timely manner, including the processing of Credits, Debits, Returns, and Complaints including sales, all customer supply chain departments, Bosch warehouse & external service providers for the respective 'Key Accounts' in the scope of responsibility
► You will be responsible for reducing penalties - not only execute disputes diligently and in a timely manner, but also provide ideas for improving the dispute & supply chain process in order to reduce customer claims/deductions
► You will be responsible for capturing and documentation standard claims and deductions (i.e. tickets, alerts, or system generated claims) and provide reporting with respect to claims resolution, disputing process and success rate (how many disputes filed, claims resolved, how much gained from disputing)
► You will create and maintain standardized reports, develop processes for use of standardized reports and train end users (i.e. customer order behavior, customer-specific cockpit charts)

Qualifications

You would be a perfect match to our team if:
► You are recent graduate or last year student of Business Administration focused on Logistics (Preferably Faculty of Transportation and Traffic engineering, Faculty of Organizational Science and Faculty of Economics)
► You are advanced knowledge of MS office, with focus on Excel
 You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
 You have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
 You have ability to clearly define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
► You have strong organizational and communication skills and follow-up ability
► You are willing to work in an international team
