You will be part of the interdisciplinary team consisting of Solution Architects, UX and Service Designers.

• As a Solution Architect, you take responsibility for conceptualizing, designing the Architectural and Solution building blocks to cater to the product vision and roadmap.
• You define and revise architectural guiding principles to steer our platform and solution development together with our other solutions architects.
• You will take part in technical discussions for the project considering the overall functional and non-functional requirements.
• Together with the team you will develop end2end solutions, bring them live and maintain it.
• You communicate your solution ideas.
• Creative freedom and development opportunities: Drive technology innovations to enable business innovations.
• You´ll be an advocate for software development best practices.
• Take responsibility: Take on the mentoring and coaching of other developers.

• Education: Master’s degree degree in computer science, SW engineering, or related fields.
• Personality and Working Practice: Persuasiveness and networking skills, excellent communication skills in interdisciplinary and diverse teams. Very good analytical and conceptual presentation skills. Strong team and goal orientation. In addition, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and acting with an agile mindset.
• Experience and Knowledge: At least 3 years of experience in Software Development and working with complex IT infrastructure environments and experience as a Software Architect and Solution Architect. In addition you are  experienced with java and Spring or C#.Net application development (frontend, e.g. Angular, Typescript, CSS is a plus) as well as build systems (Gradle is a plus, Maven, etc.). You also have knowledge of the use, deployment and monitoring of Azure cloud building blocks, e.g. Azure ADX and ADT . Furthermore experienced with design and build solution building blocks on Azure PaaS, SaaS and IaaS services. Besides you have a very good understanding of agile software development, e.g. SCRUM, Kanban and a basic understanding about UX and service engineering.
• Languages: Business fluent in German and English.
