Job Description

  • Purchase Order execution including supply exceptions management (Reschedule in/out or cancellation) from vendor or Area Distribution Center to Local Distribution Center or external customers in the demand country
  • Perform inventory source planning and performance management including delivery escalation and bottleneck management for vendors located in ASEAN
  • Collaborate with Demand Planner to perform supply validation by aligning country demand with production and supply capabilities, to identify potential supply gap. In case of constrained of demand, to provide feasible alternative (delivery recovery plan)
  • SAP IDOC Monitoring including timely processing of errors
  • Cross functional collaboration in executing of Product Phase in and Phase Out Process
  • Provides estimated supplier delivery date in case of customer backlogs
  • Support Logistics claims process in the event of vendor delivery shortages or damages
  • Continuous work with cross functions for supply planning process improvement
  • Vendor Service Level, Vendor Backlogs, Vendor Lead time and Min Purchase Quantity
  • Supply Chain Cost Inbound Monitoring
  • Vendor Reliable Delivery Dates
  • Perform master data and planning parameters maintenance in SAP ERP and inventory planning system for responsible planning assortment Stock Keeping Units

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operational Management
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in inventory/ supply planning/material procurement (preferrable in production industry)
  • Preferrable to have knowledge of SAP APO or SAP ERP MRP or equivalent inventory supply planning system, especially Procure to Pay (P2P) Business Processes in SAP ERP
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills are highly appreciated
  • Advanced MS Excel competencies e.g. able to perform advance analytical with high amount of data and tables
  • Power BI, Power Query or SQL expertise to analyzing data will be an added advantage
  • Capability to communication in writing and speaking fluently in English
