Job Description

Main Objective

The Training Specialist at Bosch coordinate and implement competency development programs and formal training on legal compliance issues, based on leadership principles and policies, as well as all current Human Resources policies.

What challenges will you have?

  • Planning, coordination and execution of the training plan according to training needs detected for direct and indirect personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with the development and evaluation measures for the improvement of competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory courses and legal requirement according to organizational goals.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Administration, Communications or related)
  • From 2 to 4 years of experience in the Industry in Training, Organizational Development or related.
  • Advanced English level is a must.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong Project Management skills and knowledge of project management standards / practices
  • Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual training delivery platforms, and various learning design and development software
  • Effective ability to query, compile, enter, track and maintain data and records management systems.
  • Effective ability to deliver learning products, services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective
  • Effective oral presentation and written communication skills

  • Experience in customer relationship management and re-engagement strategies is preferred.
  • Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills to deliver high quality work within project timelines
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish, English.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
