Job Summary

Responsible for all quality control and quality assurance in the plant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for product&process quality of production line:
• -Handling internal&external quality issue to deep dive root cause and countermeasures.
• -Leading quality related process improvement to support the organization CIP more efficiency and better quality
• -Take part in PFMEA review and lead regular PFMEA Line walk/ S@S
  • Control plan review and edit
• Yearly product audit plan & implementation.
• Define quality assurance plan / safe launch plan for new focus projects/new components.
• As quality function representative in EC management, avoid customer complain due to EC implement and comply with internal EC process.
• Support internal and external audit activity.
• Plant to plant quality issue coordination.
• Control and disposition of non-conforming products&concession coordinator.
• Quality tools and method implementation.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

• Good oral and reading English skill.
• Familiar w/ PowerBI, PPT
• Strong data analysis ability, programming skill (JAVA, C, SQL, Python etc) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowlege of IATF16949, VDA6.3, VDA6.5
• Knowledge of FMEA, Control plan, special characteristic， FTA, 8D, 5why,14Q
• Collaborative, Ownership
• Bachelor or above degree in mechanical/electrical/automation or other technical/engineering related.
