Job Description

As HR Business Partner, responsible for

Talent Acquisition And On boarding :
Partner with plant management for manpower planning and supporting hiring manager  in the recruitment process .
Ensure excellent new joiner experience and support the new joiner to assimilate in the organisation
Talent Management And Development : Initiate employee career development and advance
dialogues, support in organizing discussions between managers and the employees as required
Track and Monitor the development journeys of talent,discussed during various talent discussions covering talent movements internally and externally
Employee Experience: Plan and execute HR connects with employees to address
any of employee needs in the plant
Plan and deliver various employee engagement interventions and execute sessions on various HR topics to the selected audience
Employee experience
Data Management: Manage all employee data including confidential data e.g.
Performance, talent trajectory, Talent moves, Annual Salary Review, trends, MIS etc., with reference to M&SS
Track HR KPI's for taking appropriate management decisions and support various projects in the functional /cross functional areas

Qualifications

MBA or MSW with specialization in Human Resource Management

8 to 10 years as HR BP handling end to end employee lifecycle management
