Job Description

Tasks and ResponsibilitiesImplementation of IT Infrastructure operations forInternet of Things (IoT) Applications

Provide IT infrastructure and Application deployment solutions in Enterprise IT(on premise) and Cloud

Service Design and Onboarding new Applications – ( participate in due diligence, defining roadmap for Service transitions or Implementation of new services, support in development of transition plan, competency development, facilitate takeover of task and go-live support)

Technical Escalation support, Collaboration with onsite /offshore team and customer coordinators, Stakeholders Management, Technical documentation, Automation and Training delivery

Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per the defined Service Levels and KPI’s

Ensure Customer Satisfaction in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services

Support in Proposals preparation for new and existing services

Should be able travel to customer location for business needs

Provide On Call readiness support

Expected Technical SkillsExpertise in

Linux / Windows server administration

Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes )

Scripting – PowerShell / Shell / Ansible / Python / Perl / Bash

Cloud – Azure / AWS and Google Cloud (preferably certified)

Knowledgeable in

Basic Oracle Database Administration (SQL Server / MySQL / Mongo DB )

Application and Infra Monitoring tools (ICINGA / SPLUNK / NewRelic / Appdynamics)

Infrastructure automation and devops pipeline tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible)

Network infrastructure, Firewall, Load balancing setup, and Security implementation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledgeable in ITIL Service Management Framework (Incident, Change, Problem management)

 

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech /M. Tech /MCA/ BCA
