Job Description

Be part of the team to build quality monitoring services for Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) related products in the organization

Support product solutioning, advise on technical implementation feasibility and translate product requirements into technical design.

Write and maintain clear technical documentation for system architecture, data pipelines and any technical designs

Conceptualize and execute clear code for development, participate in internal code review, fix issues and maintain high code quality

Monitor service health, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues

Manage and optimize Splunk infrastructure, data integrations and dashboard deployments

Keep up to date with best industry practice for service monitoring technologies

Candidate Qualification:

5+ years of software/technology experience.

3+ years of hands-on experience developing data lakes, data visualization dashboards and building lab/sandbox environments

Strong knowledge of machine and application logs

Strong knowledge of Splunk administration and SPL

Fluent in PowerShell and Python programming languages

Experience with deploying and managing Linux and Windows servers

Experience with 3rd party integration into the Splunk platform (e.g. Azure services, MS SQL, etc.)

Experience with Azure cloud (e.g. Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function App, Azure Log Analytics) is a plus

Experience with monitoring tools such as Icinga, Sentinel, etc. is a plus

Knowledge of UCC is a plus

Willing to work remotely aligned to Singapore timezone and travel when required

Qualifications

BTech Computer Science or Masters in Computer Science
