• Create sales orders on SAP system, liaise with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Processing all sales-related paperwork, sales reports as requested by the supervisor.
• Other tasks as requested by the supervisor.

• 3rd-4th year student in Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
• No working experiences required
• Good in Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Highly organized, careful and able to multitask, proactive “can do attitude”
• Communicate effectively with a high attention to details
• Be able to work full time during the intern period (8hrs/day, Mon-Fri)
