Job Description

  • Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Process ICBC e-bank payment transactions timely and accurately in accordance with PRC regulations of bank settlement management and company’s policy.
  • Prepare and maintain bank book and cash position report.
  • Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Sales invoicing (VAT & export invoices),ensure all sales invoices match with ERP shipments records and TAX reports.
  • Chase accounts receivable and prepare weekly AR tracker. 
  • Research and resolve customer account details which include short payments, delayed payments, and other discrepancies.
  • Reconcile AR sub-ledger to general ledger/with customers monthly.
  • Online declare AR collection to SAFE.(State Administration Of Foreign Exchange)
  • Maintain monthly foreign currency exchange rate in ERP system.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly tax compliance reports and work with HK RSM team to ensure tax returns are filed on or before due dates to avoid penalties.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax regulations and HydraForce internal policies. (VAT, income tax, and stamp tax;IIT etc), minimize company’s tax liability.
  • Import material processing handbook registration/declaration/clearance if any.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and keep good relationship with tax authorities.
  • Manage cash pooling and cash flow forecast.
  • Tidy, bind up and keep all journal entries with original invoices &other financial documentation in the archives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experiences in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with national accounting/Tax laws, regulations and policies.
  • Familiar with bank foreign currency transactions and policies related with SAFE
  • Experienced in financial ERP systems. Fourth shift experience is preferred.
