Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

  • Assistance with the specification list for lab equipment and infrastructure;
  • Support in communicating with suppliers on the build up of lab equipment;
  • Support with commercial purchasing tasks such as supplier selection, market requests (RfQ), comparison of quotations based on total cost of ownership requirements;
  • Support on project management of lab growth;
  • Regular follow-up of the lab equipment development status to ensure the fulfilment of the project delivery and requirements.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Education:

  • MsC Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering or similar. 

Technical skills:

  • Knowledge in testing specification; 
  • Knowledge in Automation is a plus; 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote);
  • Knowledge in Thermodynamics and Refrigeration.

Personal Skills:

  • Ability to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to find solutions in a structured way;
  • A problem-solving mindset, results-oriented and pro-active attitude;
  • Ability to work in a team environment; 
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
