Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

This position offers the opportunity to work side by side with the Manufacturing Digitalization team which works for the whole Thermotechnology Division with manufacturing plants all over the world. You will be part of a talented, motivated and cross-functional team that takes very seriously the development of our interns. With certified trainings, mentorship and the correct balance between guidance and autonomy on real life projects, the trainee will be able to contribute to our Industry 4.0 Platform with:

  • New features development;
  • Infrastructure automation.

On a typical day you will:

  • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code;
  • Develop unit and acceptance tests;
  • Contribute to the full software lifecycle;
  • Collaborate with other developers and team members;
  • Identify areas of improvement on our products and processes;
  • Review code and solutions constructively;
  • Share knowledge with teammates.

Qualifications

The Tech Stack We Build With:

  • On the frontend, we use Angular 16+, Typescript, and RxJS in a Micro Frontend Architecture;
  • On the backend, we use latest C# LTS for the .NET platform or Python in a Micro Service Architecture;
  • Our Persistent Layer relies on relational and no-relational databases;
  • Our infrastructure is supported by Kubernetes cluster or VMs Windows Servers and monitored with ElasticSearch, Prometheus and Splunk;
  • CI/CD relies on Azure DevOps, SonarQube and JFrog.

What distinguishes you: 

  • Academic profile in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or similar;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Results oriented and proactive attitude;
  • Willingness to work in a cross-site project team environment;
  • Curiosity about new technological trends;
  • True team member with proactive and dynamic attitude;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
