The Bosch unit in Aveiro belongs to the Home Comfort division and manages the global business unit of residential water. About 1,300 associates are responsible for the development, production and marketing of innovative solutions that make homes smarter, more efficient and environment friendly. Your contribution to something big: 

• Perform systems engineering in Bosch Home Comfort by focusing on the requirements engineering process;
• Ensure the formal and methodological expertise of the Requirements Engineering method;
• Drive and strategically develops optimization of requirements engineering in the organization;
• Support the Home Comfort libraries on all system levels with special focus on the residential boiler requirement libraries;
• Ensure the alignment and re-use of requirements in different portfolios and projects, partially by directly working in the projects;
• Support the Modular Product Architecture strategy by harmonizing the requirements towards our boiler portfolio.

What distinguishes you:

• Education: University degree in the field of Systems Engineering, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or similar;
   
• Experience and Knowledge:
  • Profound knowledge and experience in systems and requirements engineering and tools (e.g. Jira); 
  • Preferably experience in building energy systems and boiler development projects;
     
• Personality: High level of initiative, proactive communication and cooperation skills with a highly result-oriented and structured mindset;
   
• Working Practice: Ability to moderate and motivate cross-functional teams to break down our requirements into an architecture as well as the ability to structure complex systems;
   
• Enthusiasm: Willingness to travel abroad;
   
• Languages: Fluent in English.
