Job Description

You are part of the R&D team. You take a vital role in the development of our MAP5000 product line. Your tasks include:

  • Development of hardware-dependent embedded software (operating system, drivers, interfaces, and application).
  • Maintenance of existing product software.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • You have a masters of BA in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in professional software development;
  • Deep knowledge in C++ and experience with scripting languages such as Bourne shell and Python.
  • Strong background in Linux architecture (kernel, drivers, root filesystem, init process).
  • You have experience with Embedded Linux distributions like Yocto, ArchLinux, LFS, µCLinux, etc.
  • Experience with ARM processor architectures is a plus.
  • You are a team player.
