Job Description

1.    Product Lifecycle Management Excellence:
a.    Product Master data Management, including global product release to CN; Product phase-in, replacement and phase-out; Product hierarchy cycle management;
b.    Product Management Systems & Tools expert
c.    Additional support to PrM (product manager) in product margin analysis and other tasks;

2.    Product Marketing Process Set up and Standardization:
a.    Set up and Govern the Product PIPO (phase in and phase out) Process in MA-AS CN;
b.    Global Business acquisition process governor and coordinate in CN;

3.    Product Technical Training: Plan the global & local resource to deploy the product technical trainings to internal teams;

4.    Market and Business Intelligence for Business Development: analysis focus on new market trends, collect market and customer requirements, new business study;

5.    Business Operational Excellence Management, lead business value stream enhancement cross business unit and sales team, play key role in knee joint collaboration with enabling functions to improve internal process efficieny

6.    Able to lead and develop new idea together with the team of digital content project and service solution, e.g. internal Digital experience officer, mini digital AR, AI etc.
