Power Tools Accessories is responsible for the global development, Manufacturing, Marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

As a member of a motivated team you are the initial spark for the development of enthusing products & solutions and drive the regional Product Area business regarding product range and pricing. As the Regional Product Marketing Manager you represent the user requirements. You are the expert in the region regarding product, application, dealer and user needs.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

► Steer the business together with the sales and marketing teams in the countries

► Implement regional product strategy

► Active contribution on increasing numeric and weighted distribution (support customer line reviews; listing wins, online and offline)

► Define and set up promotional items (new SKU’s or kits) for campaigns in alignment with branding

► Create launch package for launches in collaboration with Product and Brand Management

► Provide input for regional PA2 strategy, application, user and competitor monitoring, give input for product innovation

► Gain and provide user- & market insights (UX) to the Product Management for development of regional products and solutions

► Support regional supply chain

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

► University degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification

► At least 3 years work experience in Marketing or Sales within in international organization

► Ability to translate regional needs to different roles (technical and commercial aspects)

► Strong analytical competences as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and track record

► Self-motivated to prioritize & to take responsibility, working in cross-functional & self organized teams

► Passion to be with the user and close to the market - walking the user journey, providing impulses for new, innovative solutions and business models

► Fluent in English, additional languages are a benefit

► Ability to travel approx. 20%
