• Supporting the product development teams in the development of products for sanding and grinding applications
• Provision of prototypes and samples for internal testing and market tests
• Planning, execution, management and documentation of laboratory tests and production trials
• Development of suitable test methods
• Creation and administration of drawings and product specifications
• Contributing to plant and process optimisation, identifying potential for improvement
• Supporting problem solving issues as well as customer complains

• Master or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer or similar subject
• Minimum 2-3 years of work as a Product Engineer,
• Experience in international manufacturing company
• Mandatory good knowledge of English language
• Proficiency with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for reviewing and modifying technical drawings - mechanical drawing (2D)
• Experience in product development
• Knowledge of chemistry and hotmelt extrusion is a plus
• Familiarity with mechanical testing methodologies and equipment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes to accurately describe manufacturing process descriptions.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in document editing and formatting tools (e.g., Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)
• Good IT-knowledge and capabilities
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Hands-on mentality and good level of initiative/autonomy
• Good communication skills and enjoy working in teams and in a production environment
• Good time management, ability to work on multiple projects
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop
