1. Product industrialization in the field of NEV (New energy vehicles) with fast TTM(time to market) in CN. E.g. Fuel Cell
2. Deep technical competences to ensure future core manufacturing processes development
3. Technical management requires strong Digital know-how
4. Work with regional CoCs and International networks to drive local competence development
5. Optimize the road map and drive the manufacturing process development & industrialization strategy based on business requirements
6. Project management for industrialization and process development projects
7. Collaborate about new technologies of industrialization production in Fuel Cell in an international environment ( lead plant, central research) and adopt latest technology towards serial production

1. Master degree Engineering
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical field, preferred automotive.
3. Familiar with I4.0, or digital tools.
4. Highly developed oral and written communication skills, and able to explain complex ideas/concepts with accuracy
5. Be a strategic thinker and problem solver with good interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
6. Preferred International experience
7. High level language skills
