Consultant of the management and key interface to business, first point of contract for customer:

'-Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Tasks:

    -Planning of Steering P&L and relevant KPI’s

    -Develop scenarios

    -Identify risks and opportunities

    -Evaluation of deviations vs. target

    -Initiate measures to close potential gaps

    -Evaluate effectiveness of measures (incl. tracking)

-Cross-functional interpretation of PL-BS-Cashflow for Business Owner and Functional Manager

-Performance Management by KPI monitoring  with GS management

-Handling of ad hoc requests incl. prioritization and escalation

-Consulting of management and other stakeholders in commercial context

-Financial relevant information as basis for decision-making

-Evaluation of business cases (e.g. investment calculations, scenarios)

-Support development of new business models (e.g. digital services/projects)

-Initiation and result interpretation of benchmarking activities

• Strategic thinking, deep business insight of company's business model, value drivers

• Ability for resource integration and management
• Presentation, negotiation and storytelling skills
• Understands the business, business model and anticipates the needs of partners/customers.
