Job Description

We are looking for a HR Specialist - Personnel Administration

Main activities are:

  • Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws, including reporting requirements. 
  • Assists in labor relations activities as assigned.
  • Processes associate transactions in the HR Systems.
  • Give support to the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc.) 
  • Advise associates on state and federal employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and other programs. 
  • Provide customer and personnel services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate with outside vendors, such as investment brokers and benefits vendors 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

If you have between 3 - 5 years of experience as Benefits or Personnel Administration Analyst and are able to manage complex situations, good with numbers, analytically inclined, detail-oriented, have strong ethics and discretion, join us!
