Tasks:

• You are a part of our Agile Organization Steering and Coaching Pool of Project Leaders and Agile Masters/Coaches and drive scaled agile teams in our large IT projects.
• Building and managing project teams, communicating status to the Project Sponsor, customer and other key stakeholders.
• Ensures quality control and keeps project within budget throughout project life cycles.
• Is the caretaker for all issues coming up during project run-time. Manages all aspects of the project to reach project success based upon the project goal.

The role will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

• Consults the Operating Units - internal customers to identify the fastest and most efficient way to implement their requirements.
• Understands the customer''s business requirements and support creation the respective plan to achieve success.
• Works as Agile Master, supporting teams to develop agility and increase performance/profitability
• Works as Agile Master, managing Scrum ceremonies and taking care about the teams
• Removes impediments and gains clarity / transparency
• Supports Project / Program managers in Agility implementation in their projects

Profile:

• Proven experience working in IT activities using agile methodologies and tools.
• Min. 3 years of experience in a scrum master role or equivalent in IT or similar industry
•  Experience with Kanban, Design Thinking, scaled frameworks would be considered as an advantage
• Good working knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and increasing transparency
• Very good communication skills and experience in working with international team
• Positive and can-do attitude towards change and problem-solving, ability to question status-quo
• Good understanding and practical experience of change management principles, techniques & tools.
• Experience in facilitating meetings using visual meeting techniques and tools
• Fluent English skills both written and spoken, German is a plus
• Bonus is coaching skills and a deeper understanding of coaching techniques and attitudes
• Exercises solid judgment, discretion, tact
• Proven ability to identify key issues and to carry forward an idea or project from conception to implementation
• Experience with IT organization transformation to Agile will be additional advantage
