• Responsible for design release and design change management of components, including its 3D/2D/BOM/technical documents;
• Responsible for structuring and optimizing the design solution acc. to customer requirement and internal specification;
• Responsible for design robustness verification;
• Responsible for technical definition and design on test sample, test fixture and test bench;
• Responsible for problem solving during design development;
• Responsible for technical requirement releasing towards supplier and make technical approvement in PPAP;
• Responsible to fulfill the design tasks given by lead design engineer;
• Responsible for to structure and maintain the design guideline of responsible component;
• Cooperate with cross-functional domain to fulfill the development target of eCompressor platform project;

• (mandatory) Mechanical, Mechatronic or Thermal Technology background. BS degree;
• (mandatory) 3 years’ working experience in the automobile field;
• (preferred) Experience in the mechanical feature design of refrigerant components;
• Good knowhow on mechanical structure design (material, reliability, NVH) and related manufacturing process;
• Familiar with DFMEA, DRBFM;
• (preferred) Be skillful with CAD software -- NX/TC and PDM software – SAP;
• Good at working in an international and technically demanding environment;
• Motivative and be able to keep performing under pressure;
• (mandatory) Fluent English in oral and writing;
