The pupose of this position is top strategize, establish and implement agile Human Resource Policies and practices in the Organization that partner with the business to function effectively and efficiently.

  • Employee Experience (EX)

Oversee and plan policy development, align and communicate with employees about various Employee Experience initiatives thereby improving the trust level in the organization; Champion the Change Management"

 

  • Employee Relations And Industrial Relations 1

Develop progressive Employee Relations and Industrial Relations strategies in the plant a) Plan, Engage and Communicate with the senior leadership team while cascading strategies for arriving long term wage settlement for cost effective and affordable wage settlements for the plant

 

  • Employee Relations And Industrial Relations 2

b) Strategize, Design and roll out Business Contingency Plan while driving Industrial Relations agenda in the organization for smooth and seamless functioning of business

  • Competence Management 2

c) Establish the standards for training of Blue collar workforce including temporary workforce and bring in actions for time to time improvement

  • Disciplinary, Compliance & Public Liaison 1

a) Formulate and establish unit specific policies / guidelines / standards for discipline in line with the law of the land and Bosch Values b) Represent the organization in any of the legal bodies, quasi-judicial or government or non-government bodies to while dealing with labour / compliance / administrative matters

c) Set up and Coach / Mentor the functioning of various Committees under applicable statute, so as to be instrumental in ensuring proper cadence

 

  • People And Organization Strategy

Oversee and plan people strategy in line with Business strategy by proactively partnering with the business for organization advantage

Qualifications

  • MSW or MBA in Human Resource Management with specialization in Industrial Relations
  • 15+ years of HR and IR experience in a manufacturing setup
  • Proficient knowledge in handling Human Resource function, Talent Management and Industrial Relations
  • Proficient knowledge in handling labor cases in courts
  • Proficient level of knowledge in Labor laws and its practical application, Disciplinary procedure and management
  • Proficient in interpersonal, networking, communication, facilitation, negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Expert level skill in Handling and Managing union(s)
  • Competent skill in advisory to the business, coaching and mentoring
  • Internal aspirants who are currently at Gr3 level and part of TP1 active pool are eligible to apply for this position.
