Job Description

  • Maintain effective administration for the day-to-day operation of the apprentice training programmes and training centre
  • Support training centre reception duties and delegate satisfaction by offering guidance
  • Encourage a supportive learning environment within the training centre, encouraging positive behaviours from all delegates and staff
  • Liaising with Servace and clients in relation to the bookings of learner webinars, learner and staff hotel accommodation / requirements
  • Support with planning and organising adhoc events and team meetings
  • Support with planning and organising the training centre utilising ScheduleIT
  • Data / administration input to cover learner starts, reviews, health & safety reports, functional skills and learner support funding, achievers, early leavers, certification into the LMS
  • Support any data or systems related activities necessary for the maintenance of Government funded contracts
  • Offer learner support when required and ensure all actions support learner safeguarding
  • Supporting with client/programme requests as well as offering accurate advice on Levy and Non-Levy Contracts
  • Support compliance by following process and accuracy in all work and data entry
  • Produce reports where required
  • Supporting with day to day requests from the operational team and any other Bosch Leaders.

Qualifications

  • A good level of education with strong proficiency in English, Maths and ICT
  • Highly computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS applications and data applications
  • Must be able to prioritise own workload and meet target deadlines
  • Good communication skills required
  • Possess strong organisational skills
  • Use balanced judgement and informed decision making in the delivery of his/her duties
  • Display, at all times, a customer oriented, service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the company
  • Take ownership of customer queries. Think partnerships. Work collaboratively with all members of the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket (MA) business.
  • Understand the goals and operating targets of the business and the way in which he/she contributes towards the success of Bosch MA within the UK
  • Engage in the process of improving our business processes by contributing ideas and suggestions
