Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Lead new business development and sales efforts across industry verticals in the India region.

- Minimum of 12+ years of work experience, with at least 5+ years in a sales role.

- Proficient in sales hunting with the ability to lead a sales team specializing in hunting.

- Demonstrate experience engaging with C-level and senior-level business and technical executives.

- Proven track record of significant business development in the India region, specifically selling HMI services related to Information Technology, IoT, Industry 4.0, and Product Engineering.

- Exposure to multiple industry sectors within the Automotive or Gaming industries.

- Experience in growing a book of business profitably year over year, managing a portfolio of at least USD 5+ million.

- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop a deep understanding of markets and customers, work with Bosch teams globally, and contribute to the development of appropriate services and business models.

- Align actions with the department and company's vision, mission, strategy, and objectives.

- Build a strong internal network and align with key players to support project delivery to customers and execute deals.

- Willingness to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

- B.E / B.Tech (EE/ECE/CS/IT) / MBA

- Proven experience in IT/Digital sales management, with a strong understanding of industry trends and technologies.

- Background and competitive knowledge of the HMI services industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
