• Process parameters definition and trial out for forming process.
• Preparation and maintenance of process data sheets for forming process.
• Technical specification definition, acceptance and ramp up support of new/ retrofit MAE.  
• Release forming process according to product requirement.
• Development and implementation of improvement activities for cycle time, cost reduction and quality improvement of forming stations together with MOE.
• Leading the problem solving for responsible process/stations.
• Improvement and maintenance of knowledge database for forming process. Transfer knowledge to technician and internal customer/colleagues.
• Knowledge exchange and improvement with leadplants.

Educational:

• Master’s degree in engineering, production/material (metal)

Language:

• Very good English skills (B2 or better) in oral communication as well as reading/writing
• German language skills helpful, but not mandatory

Skills:

• Systematical and analytical thinking
• Metal forming process knowledge
• Familiar with Finite Element Analysis software, such as Dynaform, Abaqus, Autoform etc.
• Sound understanding of Bosch quality methods (e.g. problem solving, Shainin)
• Machine design and machine components requested
• Team working skills
