• Lead a development project (platform) of an innovative hydraulic motor including industrialisation and world-wide go-to market strategy.
• Lead a cross-functional, international team with care on cultural integration
• Align the team in a dynamic environment on project targets and steering committee (upper management) requirements.
• Responsible for ambitious timeline, cost and quality.

• Background in Engineering, Physics or alike.
• Experience in creation of new products and in project management.
• Strong communication & collaboration as well as presentation skills.
• Highly motivated to drive an innovative project with a strategic foresight.
• Resilience in a dynamic & demanding environment.  
• Fluent in English

You would be reporting to the Vice President and are required to work 37 hours per week.
