Job Summary:
General logistics operations related to manages or performs with two or more of the following:
-To monitor logistics operations performance in customs process, distribution center operations
- Act as 1st contact of internal customers, receiving operation escalation and feedback to internal organization
- To support Logistics projects
- CIP activities in logistics area

Roles and Responsibilities:
- To coordinate internal function team and external service providers, ex. Warehouse, customs broker, transportation service providers for operational tasks
-  With efficient communication with internal/external parties
- To monitoring performance for external service providers
- To support operational tasks of inbound/outbound process
- To support logistics projects implementation

- Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain Management is preferred
- At least 5 years working experience in the field of supply chain
- Able to work independently and take initiative to perform investigation and find a solution
- Ability to communicate professionally and dealing with multiple logistics and administrative topics
- Familiar with logistics cost and able to analysis
- SAP experience
- Advanced excel skill
- Experience in Power BI is preferred
