The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

The department Logistics Planning & Fulfillment (MA/LOP) deals in material planning and logistics with the procurement of merchandises for the worldwide Mobility Aftermarket business. Its range of responsibilities includes the definition of dispositive logistic processes, the distribution and disposition of merchandises to warehouse locations handled by MA in Europe and furthermore the handling of several special processes.

Job Description

►Planning and Procurement of Finished Goods, Components and Services
►Contact with suppliers to secure product availability
►Checking and update of MRP related SAP data
►Cross-departmental collaboration with all departments involved in the supply chain (especially Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse)
►Meet internal and customer related KPI's (e.g. On Time Delivery / inventory level)
►Collaboration / Support in projects

Qualifications

►You are graduated (bachelor / master) focused on management/business/logistics
►You have experience in Procurement comparable position
►You have knowledge of MS office, with focus on Excel
►You have experience in SAP (MM module would be considered as an advantage)
►You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
►You have high ability to work in an international team
►You are self-initiative person, communicative, structured and goal-oriented
►You have good teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility
